Creiman strengthens its team with the appointment of Niklas Östman as Partner and Head of Property Development. Niklas will assume his role in February 2025, following the completion of his current tenure at RO Properties.

With over 16 years of experience in urban and property development, Niklas will play a pivotal role in Creiman's ongoing expansion.

Niklas joins directly from RO Properties, where he served as a property developer. He previously held key positions at Serneke, ALM Equity, and WSP, managing complex urban and residential development initiatives encompassing housing, commercial spaces, cultural environments, and public realms.

His expertise in navigating intricate planning processes and early-stage development projects will scale Creiman’s capability to drive ventures and transactions through the next phase of growth.
