CREIMAN strengthens its team with Rebecca Ljungqvist

CREIMAN continues to grow and strengthens its team with Rebecca Ljungqvist, who joins as Business Development Associate. Rebecca will work in business and organisational development and strategic advisory, contributing to CREIMAN’s continued development and growth.
Rebecca joins from Norem, where she worked as a property consultant and project manager, focusing on market and lease analyses as well as advising municipalities on transactions.
Before that, she spent four years at Castellum, progressing rapidly from process coordinator to assistant business developer and then transaction analyst. At Castellum, Rebecca worked on property and corporate transactions, due diligence, investment analyses and the development of internal processes.
“Rebecca combines strong analytical skills with commercial drive and genuine curiosity. She also has an excellent ability to build relationships. These qualities are a great fit for CREIMAN and will be valuable as we continue to develop both our business and the company,” says Kaveh Feliciano, founder and CEO of CREIMAN.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specialising in Organisation and Leadership. In 2025, she was also recognised as one of the property industry's young talents in Fastighetsnytt’s 35 under 35.
“I am delighted to join CREIMAN and be part of the company’s continued journey. I particularly look forward to working closely with both clients and the team on business development, transactions and organisational development,” says Rebecca Ljungqvist.
Rebecca took up her role at CREIMAN in September 2026.
