Skalden & Poeten in Solna are two residential blocks comprising 484 homes in total. An existing portfolio in transition, where previous master leases to Strawberry are being progressively phased out. In the first phase, 156 apartments have been converted into two housing co-operatives.

We have steered the project, which represents a key component of a joint venture between ALM Equity and Aermont. Through strategic analysis, place branding and innovative business structures, we have worked to identify and unlock maximum value for the client.
