Fregattvägen in Gröndal is a residential development project with the ambition to enable approximately 100 new homes. It occupies a prominent position adjacent to the E4/E20. We are driving the project forward in partnership with Stockholmshem, leading the process and evaluating various development options. The focus is on securing high-quality building rights with strong feasibility.

The progress has taken the project from the initial decision to initiate planning to a draft local plan, which is now approaching public consultation. This represents a significant step towards creating new building rights and future housing for the public sector.
