Holmögaddsvägen in Kärrtorp is a residential development project aiming to accommodate some 100 new homes. A narrow and complex site situated between subway tracks and a road, it requires the careful integration of multiple technical constraints and stakeholders.

CREIMAN has been appointed to a lead role in advancing proposals for this development, and is driving the project forward on behalf of Realy Bostad. Lately, we have developed building proposals which meet both technical and financial requirements, and are actively progressing the pre-planning phase.

Following years of standstill, we have rapidly advanced the project to a planning proposal ready for public consultation. This work has injected new momentum into the venture. We have developed a proposal that has been well received by both the client and the City.
